Exton native Julie Pardini is the Director of Corporate Strategy for Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), a West Chester-based company that delivers innovative, in-region, and technical supply chain solutions to the world’s leading telecom carriers, cable companies, and OEMs.

“I both lead and support strategic opportunities for the company and provide oversight for our executive leadership,” she said. “The role is new to me and to the company, and it is exciting to see what it will evolve into. I enjoy the fact that that my time is spent on some of our most exciting initiatives at any given time, whether internal or customer-facing, and new opportunities and challenges seem to present themselves every day.”

Pardini, who began working when she was 16 years old at the Chick-Fil-A in Lionville, at age 16, earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State and an MBA from Villanova University.

She credits her boss, Brian Parsons, CTDI’s Chief Operating Officer, with having the biggest impact on her career.

“He has been a mentor and champion of mine since the start of my career at CTDI,” said Pardini. “I’m very appreciative of all the opportunities and guidance he has given me over the years.”

Her proudest professional achievement was being named to her current position at CTDI.

“It was a very big deal for me to be recognized for my hard work and potential,” said Pardini. “In the past year, I am also very proud of my involvement in landing some exciting new business opportunities, which are setting the path for huge growth potential in the U.S. and abroad.”

Her favorite restaurant in Chester County is Kooma in West Chester.

Pardini and the rest of the 2022 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration held outdoors on Tuesday, May 10 at Penn State Great Valley. The in-person event will feature food trucks, drinks, touchless registration, a VIP tent, and boundless opportunities to network. It will also be live-streamed.
