2022 VISTA Millennial Superstars: Nicole Lyddane

By

Great Valley High School graduate Nicole Lyddane is Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Swope Lees Commerical Real Estate, a brokerage and consulting firm based in West Chester.

“I act as the catalyst to completing all types of commercial real estate deals — deals that will positively impact my clients,” she said. “I enjoy using creative problem-solving to help grow businesses and, in many cases, change lives.”

Lyddane earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware. She credits three of her colleagues — Chuck Swope, Jim Lees, and Charlie Hauck — for having the biggest impact on her career.

“Chuck Swope and Jim Lees have been wonderful leaders to me,” said Lyddane. “The relationships and the support that is fostered among our team at Swope Lees have been vital to my success in this industry. I cannot imagine my life without them. Also, my relationship with our sales trainer, Charlie Hauck, has made a huge impact on me. He is our cheerleader and a constant source of support.”

Her proudest professional achievement was a real estate transaction.

“Hands down, it was putting together an incredible team of people to successfully sell the Dane Décor building in Downingtown,” said Lyddane. “I could write a book about that deal!”

Her favorite restaurants in Chester County are Greystone Oyster Bar and Spence Café in West Chester, Il Granaio in Phoenixville, and her “parents’ kitchen in Malvern.”

Lyddane and the rest of the 2022 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration held outdoors on Tuesday, May 10 at Penn State Great Valley. The in-person event will feature food trucks, drinks, touchless registration, a VIP tent, and boundless opportunities to network. It will also be live-streamed.
