This part-time position (10-20 hours per week) is responsible for contributing essential administrative and social media support to the owner. Duties include preparing PowerPoint presentations; editing and helping the owner develop social media and blog content; managing LinkedIn account to support ongoing business promotion; and helping to coordinate client communication and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant; an associate degree or equivalent work experience; the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment; the ability to work independently and without direct supervision; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; and experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
