Health & Wellness Coordinator (Lionville)

This leadership position will include hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating wellness team members; overseeing and evaluating the effectiveness of wellness programs and services; develop and implement fitness incentive programs; and develop, manage, and evaluate department budget to meet or exceed established revenue.

The ideal candidate will have education, experience, and knowledge of fitness principles related to exercise physiology, biomechanics, and exercise prescription; YMCA fitness certifications or equivalent; and five years of experience in Exercise/Fitness programming.

Facilities Director (Lionville)

This position will oversee and supervise the physical operation of the branch buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Responsibilities include supervising and directing all branch custodial and maintenance staff, working with the branch team and other facility directors to continually improve member satisfaction, and providing prompt response to staff and members regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and/or buildings and grounds issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in facilities management; obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license; and possess or obtain various certifications as indicated within one year of hire.

School Age Child Care Coordinator (Brandywine)

This position will assist in leading the School Age Child Care (SACC) department. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising SACC staff; assisting the Director with the development of lesson plans; and planning, organizing, and leading an educational program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of both the individual and the group.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field; or a bachelor’s degree, including 30 credit hours of Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field, and one year experience with children; or an associate’s degree with a minimum of three years of child care experience.
