CCRES opportunities include a need for a home and community support provider.

CCRES, Downingtown, specializes in providing over 1,500 professional, dedicated staff members to meet the needs of children and adults challenged by autism, behavioral health issues, mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities. It works in collaboration with school districts, intermediate units and the behavioral health system.

CCRES currently has the following open positions.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a field employee position, working on all student days during the school calendar year. The pay rate is a generous $20 per hour.

PCAs provide one-to-one assistance to children/adolescents with emotional and behavior disorders in the school setting based on medical needs of the client. Prompt intervention is also a key skill, to address issues of behavior management, conflict resolution, and anger management.

Success in this role also hinges on peer interaction skills based on the IEP goals or behavioral treatment plan provided by school official or a Behavior Specialist Consultant.

Clerical Aide (HR) – Malvern

The Clerical Aide will be on assignment for the Human Resources department through our partnership with the Great Valley School District. The Clerical Aide will perform administrative related duties in a confidential manner. This person is the first contact response to candidates, staff, and customers, in addition to assisting with HR compliance protocols.

The Clerical Aide reports to the Great Valley School District Building, 47 Church Road, Malvern. His or her schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

It is a year-round position paying $16 per hour.

Home and Community Support Provider

The Home and Community Supports Provider (HCSP) is a direct service position (face-to-face) providing services in the home and community settings to assist adult consumers in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills.

This role fills flexible hours, making it ideal for a college student or other seeker of meaningful supplemental work.

There are currently three needs throughout Chester County: two Coatesville slots (one reports Tuesday and Thursday, 2:30–5:00 p.m., one covers 19.5 weekly hours [flexible during the day, with Wednesdays included]) and one in Malvern (four hours per two-day workweek, with flexibility in both hours and days).
