For the past three years, Aqua Pennsylvania’s Great Valley Maintenance & Construction division has been a part of the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County’s Adopt a Family program during Christmas.

Previously, Aqua employees raised money to purchase toys and winter clothing as part of its Open Giving program. This year, Aqua expanded its participation and was able to adopt a family of four and purchase gifts specifically from their wish lists.

Recently, Aqua employees packaged up the gifts for the family. Those pictured above include, from left: Don Goodwin, Nick Miele, Maureen Sopko, Matt Licci, Bryan Gormley, Jim Cubler, Rich Shields, Joe Sciallis, Pat Ferry, and Jesse Batyko.

The DVCCC’s mission is to reduce, remedy, and prevent domestic violence in Chester County. Since the organization opened its doors, it has served more than 40,000 victims of domestic abuse, averaging more than 3,000 survivors and their dependent children each year.
