This position is responsible for the Fair & Responsible Banking Program development and implementation, including compliance training, monitoring, and testing in the areas of Fair Lending and UDAAP. The position requires compliance responsibility and subject matter expertise in the areas of HMDA, ECOA and Regulation B, FHA, and UDAAP, and general knowledge of SCRA, FDCPA, FCRA and Truth in Lending.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration or a related field, and 10 years of specialized compliance experience with Fair Lending Program development/management in a mid-size or larger bank.

Senior Audit Manager (West Chester)
This position is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the annual risk-based audit plan for S&T Bancorp, Inc., and its affiliates, including responsibility for monitoring Internal Audit’s performance measurements to ensure high-quality standards for audit strategy, execution, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or better in Accounting or a related field, 10 years of general business experience, and 5-10 years of specialized experience in auditing and/or the banking industry. Preferred certifications include Info Systems Auditor, CPA, Certified Fraud Exam, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Financial Services Auditor.

Retail Sales Associate (West Chester)
This position is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service related to branch operations on the teller line in conjunction with sales and platform duties, including meeting assigned sales goals in support of Individual and branch production goals.
The ideal candidate will have two to five years of general and specialized experience. Successful completion of the retail training program is required, including CSR and RSA training programs, and the candidate must obtain a National Mortgage Licensing System certification.
