U.S. Army veteran George Chiles was all smiles after he received no-cost dental work from Affordable Dentures and Implants in Exton, writes Fran Maye for Daily Local News.

Chiles, who earned a Bronze Star Medal for his service in the Vietnam War, receives health care from the government, but his dental care is not covered. Still, he needed a new set of dentures to replace his older set.

When the staff at the Exton dental practice heard about his issue, they decided to provide him with the dental care he needed to thank him for his service.

“It’s been over 50 years since I served, and I have been amazed how people are starting to care and want to help veterans,” said Chiles.

The dental care he received included upper and lower replacement dentures, which usually cost hundreds of dollars.

“George served our country, and we want to honor him with the dental care that he needs,” said Raymond Balladares, General Manager at Affordable Dentures and Implants. “We are grateful to George for his service and want to help him feel good on Veterans Day.”
