Partners in Outreach (PIO) will host its ninth annual Laughs for Literacy on Friday, Nov. 19 at 7 PM at Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center.

Help PIO raise awareness and funds for the needs of children in the community. You can attend this year’s event, a Mask-R-Aid Party, either live or virtually.

PIO’s mission is to improve the lives of children residing in Chester County and beyond by closing literacy gaps, supporting summer camp participation, and enhancing holiday and cultural expression. As a volunteer network, promoting active, timely, and nimble collaborative opportunities with individuals and organizations, PIO provides literacy programs, summer camp supplies, and new spring clothing and holiday baskets so that children have a better opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

Laughs for Literacy is one of PIO’s signature fundraisers.

Kevin Reilly, a motivational speaker and former Philadelphia Eagle, will emcee the event, which will also feature three comedians from New York City, as well as drinks, snacks, and an auction.

All ticket purchases will automatically enter you into the door prize drawings that include Kaplans diamond earrings, roundtrip airline tickets, a restaurant gift package, and $100 worth of Pennsylvania Lottery tickets.

Purchase tickets. Text LAUGHS to 51555 to receive updated information about Laughs for Literacy.
