This position is responsible for the development of banking relationships with respect to all business lines for assigned market and customers and prospective customers. He/she will cultivate new business and retain existing business through promotion of products and services.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance and 10 years of experience, specifically in credit/lending.

Customer Services Representatives

These positions are responsible for operating a customer service window to provide customers with quality service on a variety of transactions. Responsibilities include suggesting solutions and options to the customer, referring customers to appropriate areas of the bank, and resolving customer problems/issues/concerns in an accurate and efficient manner.

The ideal candidates will be high school graduates with one to two years of general experience and will successfully complete the retail training program.

This position is responsible for the prescreening and interviewing of non-exempt and entry-level exempt employees for all S&T branches and departments within a determined purview.
