Stove & Tap, a popular restaurant with locations in Malvern and Lansdale, continues its expansion with a third location in downtown West Chester, writes Ed Williams for Main Line Today.

Partners Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich opened their latest addition in the former Landmark Restaurant location. They completely reworked the interior with help from architect Niko Kotopoulos of Nest Studios. He created a rustic Americana vibe with contrasting woods — décor inspired by the Keystone State — along with a stylish, 46-foot bar.

“Large windows bring in beautiful light during the daytime, so we wanted to capitalize on that lightness in the design,” said Weathers.

The restaurant offers a menu that leans toward modern gastropub fare. Among the many favorites are the deviled eggs and double-patty Stove Burger. Meanwhile, pizza highlights include the pepperoni with jalapeños and Calabrian chili honey.

And there is plenty to choose from when it comes to drinks, including 12 taps with local and national brews, a well-curated wine list, fresh juices, and house-made mixes.
