After a one-year hiatus due to the pandemic, United Way of Chester County will again host Live United in Music on Thursday, Sept. 30 at Penn Oaks Golf Club in West Chester.

Presented by Citadel, the event will benefit the UWCC’s Community Impact & Innovation Fund and will feature The Music of Whitney Houston performed by Jade Milian and Samuel E.

Jade Milian is a dynamic vocalist and recording artist with a charismatic personality and energetic stage presence. Samuel E. is a multi-instrumentalist and award-winning arranger who has studied with the best in the business, including bass virtuoso Victor Wooten, Regi Wooten, J.D. Blair, and more.

“Words cannot adequately express our sincere gratitude to Citadel Credit Union and the other sponsors who stepped up to support our largest special event,” said UWCC President Christopher Saello. “It has been difficult not having any events since November 2019, but our loyal sponsors were ready and waiting when we were ready to return. For that we are truly grateful.”

This year’s Lead Sponsors for the event include Brumbaugh Wealth Management, CTDI, Bentley Systems, Di & Dallas Krapf, and CCRES. Other sponsors to date include QVC, Legacy Planning Partners, PECO, Lamb McErlane, Abel Brothers Towing, Meridian Bank, Penn Oaks Golf Club, Fulton Bank, Hotel Warner, Star Printing, Greg Zeller Custom Photography, and Cakes & Candies by Maryellen.

Tickets are $175 per person and include a cocktail reception with an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and performance. ($150 of the cost is tax deductible.) Limited corporate sponsorships are still available. Purchase tickets or learn more about sponsorship opportunities.
