Forbes has published its 2021 list of America’s Best Employers for New Grads, and one local company made the cut, writes Michael Potter for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

To identify the companies most liked by new workforce entrants, Forbes teamed with Statista, a market research company. Survey data from 20,000 Americans with less than 10 years of professional experience determined the rankings. Eligible employers had to have more than 1,000 employees to make the statistical cut.

Malvern-based Vanguard ranked at No. 57. This puts the investment giant with 17,300 employees in second place among seven Philadelphia-area companies on the list.

The best company for new graduates is Merck, the pharmaceutical giant with sizable operations in neighboring Montgomery County.
