Burning the midnight oil while working from home is common, but the recent pandemic has drastically increased the number of hours and time spent in your home office. 
 
This workshop will review home desk setup, discuss options for improved focus and injury prevention, and educate you on how to implement exercise in the home.
 
 
About the presenter:
 
Kathy is energetic and enthusiastic with the determination to always deliver a superior client experience. 
 
Kathy began her therapy career at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital after graduating from Thomas Jefferson University with her Master’s Degree, and subsequently returning to her alma mater completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. 
 
She quickly developed a niche for treating clients with neurological and amputee conditions. 
 
Kathy places a strong value on continued education and has attended many educational courses to further her knowledge and specialize her approach in the delivery of patient care. 
 
She completed the APTA Vestibular Competency at Emory University in 2014.
 
In addition to her clinical skills, Kathy is an adjunct faculty member at Neumann University, member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and a SCORE, Chester and Delaware Counties volunteer presenting for the speakers’ bureau.

This webinar, 6 to 7:30 p.m., is hosted by Frank P. Farmer, Jr., an attorney concentrating in small business transactions.

In fact, even if you have started up your business and realized you missed a few things, if you are thinking about becoming your own boss, this is a chance to get an overview of the things you need to know and the skills you need to have.

Join attorney and SCORE presenter, Frank P. Farmer, Jr., in a discussion of the “nuts and bolts” issues that should be considered when starting and operating a small business.

Frank will discuss topics including the need and usefulness of developing a business plan; selecting a business organizational structure; fictitious name registration; licensing; hiring employees vs. independent contractors; obtaining tax identification numbers and other related topics (as time permits).
