Chester County Boasts a Handful of the 50 Best Private High Schools in Pennsylvania for 2021

Chester County is home to five of the 50 Best Private High Schools in Pennsylvania for 2021, according to a new report published by Niche.com.

Niche.com determined the rankings based on rigorous analysis of U.S. Department of Education academic and student data, along with test scores, college data, and millions of user ratings.

The ranking factors include SAT/ACT scores, student-teacher ratio, the quality of colleges that students consider, and the percentage of seniors who go on to four-year colleges, among other things.

All schools that made the Top 50 received an A+ or an A grade for their overall score.

In Chester County, The Westtown School ranked highest at No. 16.

Meanwhile, Malvern Prep checked in at No. 28, with Devon Prep closely behind at No. 29.

Church Farm School follows at No. 34.

Also, Villa Maria Academy placed 37th.
