CFS to Salute Its Superheroes – the Teachers – with Virtual Event That Encourages Philanthropy on April 30

By

Since last March, phrases like “a year like no other,” “in these unprecedented times,” and “in this challenging and unpredictable environment” are used all too frequently.

The reality, however, is that this is a year unlike any other, and as people everywhere hail frontline workers as heroes, Church Farm School is celebrating its own frontline heroes – its teachers.

CFS will host “Saluting CFS Superheroes,” a virtual event on April 30 that celebrates its teachers and encourages philanthropy that will be used directly for Faculty Support initiatives.

CFS relies on philanthropy to make the high-caliber education and close-knit community it offers possible, and its spring fundraiser – the annual Gala – is a critical part of its annual success. While CFS wishes there was a way to gather and support the school in person, it just isn’t safe.

Registration is complimentary, and CFS would love to see as many community members as possible attend and help celebrate the school’s teachers and make them feel special. There are sponsorship opportunities available, and there will also be opportunities before, during, and after the event to make a gift in support of the school’s teachers.
