Shift Supervising Nurse

This position staffs the facility while on duty and ensures staffing allocations meet state regulations; oversees emergency fire responses by calling 911, notifying the emergency team, and more; and assesses and determines the need to notify physicians of residents’ changes and/or problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a Pennsylvania RN license and degree from an accredited nursing school; a minimum of three years of job-related experience, including two years of supervisory experience; and three years of experience in Long-Term Care.

Site Commander

This position serves as leader on site by supervising staff and serving as primary liaison between the site and the Health Operations Center; identifies, communicates, and resolves operational and other issues with site functions; and ensures inventory is managed correctly, including coordinating storage.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills; Incident Command System (ICS) training and understanding; and general knowledge and understanding of County of Chester policies and procedures.

Van Driver

This position packs library materials to be delivered each day and loads the library van; delivers, picks up, and sorts library materials for delivery to the libraries on the assigned route; takes the van for fuel and routine maintenance; and performs light maintenance duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of job-related experience and/or training; the ability to work independently and proceed with defined objectives; good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; and good attention to detail.
