Newlin Township ranks highest at No. 4 with a 2020 average home price of $1,051,267, which is a one-year change of three percent.

Next is West Marlborough Township at No. 5 with an average home price of $1,023,880, followed by Easttown Township at No. 7 with an average home price of $891,560.

Meanwhile, Wayne ranked No. 15, West Pikeland Township No. 18, and Willistown Township No. 19.

Next, Birmingham Township is No. 23, with Pennsbury Township and Pocopson Township close behind at Nos. 25 and No. 26, respectively.

Charlestown Township is No. 28, Thornbury Township No. 32, and Devon No. 33.

The list is rounded out by West Vincent Township at No. 36, Tredyffrin Township at No. 37, Wallace Township at No. 40, Warwick Township at No. 43, West Nantmeal Township at No. 47, and East Nantmeal Township at No. 48.
