Mid Penn Bank has announced that David D’Angelo has joined the bank as a commercial loan officer and senior vice president, effective Sept. 19, 2022.

D’Angelo has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and comes to the bank from S&T Bank, where he was senior vice president of commercial real estate. Specializing in the origination and management of credit facilities, he managed a commercial loan portfolio with $200 million of credit exposure to clients in the Eastern Pennsylvania market.  In his new position with the bank, he will report to Executive Vice President and Central Pennsylvania Market President Heather Hall.

“David will be a tremendous asset in the delivery of the bank’s commercial real estate services in the Harrisburg region. We believe that David’s proven track record in commercial real estate lending makes him the ideal fit for this role, and we are excited to welcome him to the Mid Penn Bank team,” said Heather Hall.

D’Angelo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and attended the Graduate School of Banking at The University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a long-time resident of the Harrisburg area, he volunteers at several local nonprofit organizations and previously served on the Evaluation Committee of Vickie’s Angel Foundation.
