The latest numbers compiled by the Pennsylvania Department of Health highlight the rates of COVID-19 infection in each ZIP Code statewide for the seven days ending Jan. 6, compared to the rates for the seven days prior.

The highest percentage increase in Chester County during this period was recorded in ZIP Code 19520 (Elverson). Here, the number of confirmed cases grew from 126 to 149, or 18 percent.

ZIP Code 19390 (West Grove) once again recorded one of the highest rises in cases at 14 percent, going from 628 to 715.

Meanwhile, ZIP Code 19363 (Oxford) saw an increase from 759 to 855, or 13 percent.

ZIP Codes 19362 (Nottingham) and 19365 (Parkesburg/Sadsburyville) also recorded 13 percent increases, from 204 to 231 and 244 to 276 cases, respectively.
