Paoli native Jayden Sison, a senior at Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, R.I., will continue his hockey career at Princeton University, writes Jeff Cox for the New England Hockey Journal.

Sison, who will turn 18 years old next week, is currently in his second season at the elite prep school renowned for having one of the best hockey programs in the country.

Last season, the right winger tallied recorded 33 goals and 29 assists in 52 games.

“We are extremely thrilled and excited for Jayden and his family on his recent commitment to Princeton University,” said Mount Saint Charles Academy coach Matt Plante.

He said that Sison will be a valuable addition to Princeton as he “has the ability to impact each game in a variety of ways other than just on the score sheet. He is a very intelligent and detailed player and takes a lot of pride in doing all of the little things very well and playing with great structure.”
