While other companies are downsizing or even eliminating office space, Gbuild Construction Managers has recently opened a new, larger office in Exton, writes Kennedy Rose for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The construction management company has moved into a new space that boasts tall ceilings and neutral-toned open areas. And to complement the brick exterior of the building located at 111 Summit Drive, the interior walls are accented with brick and wood.

The office features plenty of collaborative space and a large conference room with glass walls and lots of windows.

The company wanted to provide room that would allow its employees to work together, as well as independently when necessary.

The new space also includes other additional amenities, including a break area with television, bar, and kegerator. There’s even a shuffleboard table and a basketball hoop, along with a patio area, so the team can have cookouts.

To top it all off, the 6,000-square-foot office is even dog friendly.

Gbuild Construction Managers currently has revenue of $14.6 million and employs nine people.
