Barber Shop in Downingtown Gets Strange Visitor
Jennifer Brady, owner of the recently opened JB’s Barber Shop in Downingtown, got quite a surprise when she found a deer had crashed through the window and was still there when she arrived at work, writes Dann Cuellar for 6ABC.
Brady opened her business in the Caln Village Shopping Center in late September. Not even a month later, her surveillance camera captured a buck making its way in at around 5 AM.
“It was like a six-point buck,” said Brady. “I’m staring at it. I was like, ‘I can’t believe this right now.’”
But soon, the deer jumped out the same window it had come crashing through and vanished.
The buck also made quite a mess in the shop, forcing Brady to reschedule all of her appointments.
“They couldn’t believe what they were hearing,” said Brady.
But even with the damage and the mess, Brady holds no grudges.
“At least it wasn’t someone trying to rob me,” she said. “There was no ill will involved. It was just nature at its finest.”
