After having to stop all work due to the pandemic, Aaron Warchal, co-owner of Exton-based Built Strong Realty & Construction, is happy to be back at work and making up for the lost time, writes Jen Samuel for the Daily Local News.

Before March, Warchal’s company was working for months on a renovation project in Franklin Township. Then came the coronavirus.

For his big project, “progress was on hold,” said Warchal.

Several months later, after receiving the green light to continue work, Warchal could at last schedule important inspections that would allow him to list the property for sale.

“Being that this is our very first complete renovation and custom rebuild project,” he said, “we want our future buyer to know we’ve gone above and beyond.”

His main focus right now is to finalize “this project strong” over the next few days, before pursuing his next venture.
