Pair of Lamb McErlane Partners Appointed Members of Pennsylvania Bar Association Committees

Lamb McErlane partner James Sargent has been appointed a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civility in the Profession Committee and partner Vasilios “Bill” Kalogredis has been appointed a member of the PBA’s Health Care Law Committee.

The mission of the PBA Committee on Civility in the Profession is to instill, promote, and enhance professionalism and civility within the legal profession by encouraging discussion about the importance of professionalism and civility among the members of the bar, the judiciary, and the public.

At Lamb McErlane, Sargent is Co-Chair of the Appellate Advocacy Group and Litigation Department. He has represented major national and multinational manufacturers in litigation and appeals involving class action, product liability, taxation, warranty, fraud, employment, and consumer protection law claims.

The PBA Health Care Law Committee will review, study, and make recommendations concerning legislative proposals for reform in the health-care system and address ethical considerations as related to the medical and legal professions.

At Lamb McErlane, Kalogredis serves as Chairman of the Health Law Department. He has been exclusively practicing health law for more than 40 years, representing physicians, dentists, group practices, other health-care professionals, and health care-related entities.
