Readers of The Philadelphia Inquirer have pinpointed both Bluefin Restaurant and Sushi Bar and Bluefin Eagleview as top takeout restaurants in the Philadelphia suburbs.

The restaurants are “among the most consistently admired sushi outposts in the suburbs,” writes Craig LaBan, the newspaper’s renowned food and drink critic.

Yong Kim, head chef of the two restaurants, specializes in contemporary Japanese cuisine with innovative, modern interpretations of classic menu items. While the original Bluefin is in East Norriton, Kim’s Bluefin Eagleview quickly became a neighborhood favorite when it opened in Exton’s Eagleview Town Center.

Regulars and newcomers alike rave about the creative and delicious menu options; however, Bluefin Eagleview is also known for its excellent customer service, particularly from general manager Jenny Oh.

“The Eagleview community is very special, and we are honored to be a part of it,” she said. “While we had to make some adjustments to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we are happy to be able to continue to provide customers with high-quality sushi through our no-contact takeout system and delivery app services. We have received great feedback and continue to evolve and improve our new takeout system during this time. We thank our community for incredible patience and amazing support!”

Bluefin Eagleview is currently offering its regular menu, family style menus, and other specials as takeout and delivery options.
