SCORE Chester and Delaware Counties is hosting a free webinar Thursday, April 16, for businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to learn about national resources that may be available to help them.
There have been many programs and initiatives created since the coronavirus outbreak to help small businesses but how do you know which one is right for your business?
Brian Pifer with the Small Business Majority, will talk about new loan programs made available by the CARES Act, as well as resources related to COVID-19 and policy recommendations to bolster small business owners right now.

The live webinar begins at 1 p.m. and lasts about 1.5 hours. The webinar length has been extended to address as many audience questions as possible during a Q&A segment.
The presenter, Brian Pifer, is vice president of Entrepreneurship, Small Business Majority. He oversees Small Business Majority’s Entrepreneurship Program and Venturize.org platform, which deliver key education and resources to entrepreneurs seeking to start and grow their business.
SCORE, the nation’s largest network of volunteer business experts, is dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals. Since 1964, they have provided education and mentorship to more than 11 million entrepreneurs nationwide.
SCORE Chester and Delaware Counties has been operating since 1985, with 120 dedicated volunteers today who provide confidential mentoring at no charge and offer business seminars, workshops and webinars to benefit the local community.
