The nonprofit Oxford Mainstreet, Inc. will host an Investor Open House on Tuesday, March 10 from 9 AM-12 PM that begins with a complimentary welcome breakfast and information session at the Octoraro Tavern on South Third Street.

Guided tours of the commercial properties – which include storefronts and office, warehouse, and mixed-use space – that are available for lease and sale will then follow.

The mission of Oxford Mainstreet is to serve as the catalyst to unify and partner with supporting organizations to promote and foster economic growth and stability within Oxford’s Business Improvement District (BID) and surrounding area, while preserving the downtown’s rich historic and cultural identity.
