A Delaware County family is sharing its Italian recipes at its new restaurant, Santino’s Tap & Table, in Folsom, reports Victoria Woodill for CBS Philly.

“I grew up here,” said owner Charlie DeMarco. “My family’s from here. We’ve been doing this a long time, and I want you to feel like I felt when I was coming home from school.”

The recipes come from generations of Italians, starting with Charlie’s mom.

Santino’s is located just a few blocks away from a restaurant Charlie’s father opened in 1987. Eventually, his dad moved his restaurant, DeMarcos, to Drexel Hill but the family has roots in Folsom.

“We were here 30 years ago in the area,” said Charlie. “We still live in the area and to come back as a second generation is really cool.”
