Hankin Group – the Exton-based developer of distinctive commercial, residential, and retail properties – has been named a 2020 Top Workplace by The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The distinction was earned based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization. For more than a decade, the Top Workplaces honor has recognized companies for their commitment to employee satisfaction and helped companies stand out among competitors to attract talent.

Known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and aesthetics, Hankin Group prides itself on creating communities where people can work, live, and play. As a full-service developer, Hankin Group’s capabilities include construction, commercial sales and leasing, and building management.

“Hankin Group is honored to be recognized for their efforts to create a productive and positive environment,” said Carolyn Van Fleet, Human Resources Director at Hankin Group. “We strive to provide employees with meaningful work, solid benefits, and a sense of community. Earning this coveted designation as a 2020 Top Workplace signifies us as an organization committed to developing and sustaining a culture that supports, promotes, and values its employees. We are pleased to be recognized for our efforts and would like to thank our employees for their participation in the survey process.”

This marks the second consecutive year that Hankin Group has been named a Top Workplace. Additionally, it has been recognized numerous times in the past year for excellence in property management, multi-family living, and employee achievement.
