Penn State Great Valley Boasts Six of the 50 Top-Paying Graduate Degree Programs in Greater Philly

Six programs from Penn State Great Valley are ranked among the 50 top-paying graduate degree programs in Greater Philadelphia, writes Kennedy Rose for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The rankings were determined by comparing students’ median earnings one year after graduating.

Students with finance, management, law, and medical degrees are among the highest paid during the first year after graduating.

Penn State Great Valley’s Information Science/Studies program placed highest in Chester County at 12th place with median earnings of $113,000.

Penn State Great Valley’s Computer Engineering program is next at No. 32 with $95,900 median earnings, followed by Systems Engineering at No. 35 with $94,700 median earnings and Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods at No. 36 with $94,400.

West Chester University’s Business Administration, Management, and Operations checked in at No. 41. Another Penn State Great Valley program – Business Administration, Management, and Operations – was close behind at No. 42.

The list is rounded out by Wilmington University’s Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing program at No. 43 and Penn State Great Valley’s Finance and Financial Management Services at No. 48.
