Centric Bank Hires Pair of Vice Presidents, Commercial Lending Officers in Devon

Centric Bank has named Joseph Panaro and William Farina Vice Presidents, Commercial Lending Officers in Devon.

In their roles, Panaro and Farina will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio while developing and maintaining new business relationships in the Chester County market.

Panaro has worked in commercial lending for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the Centric Bank team, he was Chief Lending Officer at Coatesville Savings Bank.

Panaro received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State and his master’s degree in Finance from St. Francis University. He’s also a graduate of the Leadership Chester County program sponsored by the United Way.

Panaro is involved in the community through membership in the Rotary Club of West Chester. He has served as treasurer of the Chester County Family Academy for more than 13 years and as the president of the Chester County Family Academy Foundation for five-plus years. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine and is past president of the Rotary Club of Johnstown.

Farina has worked in the financial industry for more than 30 years, most recently with Citizens Bank as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager. There, he led a team of Relationship Managers across Eastern Pennsylvania. He also assisted two business development teams in the structure and packaging of SBA approvals.

Farina has successfully completed various leadership and communication courses from the Risk Management Association and Moody’s Analytics. He also served on the finance committee for his parish for three years.
