Berwyn native Christopher Acker is the Director of Business Systems and Operations at Evolve IP, The Cloud Strategy Company based in Wayne that enables businesses to deploy both cloud computing and cloud communications services on a single, unified platform.

Acker possesses a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State and credits three people at Evolve IP with having the biggest impact on his career: CEO Guy Fardone, Executive Vice President of Operations Mike Batdorf, and Senior Vice President of Strategic Analysis and Planning Noraini Ozol.

“Being promoted to my current position at Evolve IP earlier this year would have to be one of my proudest professional accomplishments,” said Acker, who began working as a 15-year-old at Leslie’s Pool Supplies in Devon.

“Having been with Evolve since my college internship, it felt like everything I have worked on during the last eight years had come together all at once, and I was being presented with this amazing opportunity to take the next step in my career. This, along with the fact that it also allowed me to promote other associates to new roles on my team and allow them to continue to further their careers, was something truly special for me.”

Acker’s favorite Chester County restaurant is Birchrunville Café.
