Founded in 1920, Immaculata University was the first Catholic college for women in the Philadelphia area. Now co-ed, Immaculata offers more than 100 graduate and undergraduate programs and significant service opportunities for its students.

Dean of the College of Graduate Studies

This position will lead efforts to strengthen and expand the role of graduate education; broaden the profile and influence of the graduate programs in the broader professional community; and increase enrollments in graduate programs.

The ideal candidate will have an earned doctorate and at least three years of academic leadership experience at the assistant/associate dean or dean level; and experience leading and directing graduate programs, managing admissions and enrollment and dealing with regional and specialized accreditation.

Executive Director, Learning Support Services

This position provides supervision and leadership for the writing center, math center, and tutoring services staff; oversees the development, coordination, and supervision of learning support services; and evaluates and responds to student requests for disability, tutoring, and learning support.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience providing learning support services; the proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters; and superior problem-solving, organizational, electronic, and communication skills.

Director of Diversity and Inclusion

This position creates and implements a student-body-wide diversity and inclusion plan to expand the multicultural development and understanding of students on campus; and provides programming and facilitation on emerging diversity and inclusion issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and a minimum of two to three years of relevant and progressive leadership experience in higher education; experience with planning multicultural programs and events; and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
