PECO has partnered with the Philadelphia chapter of Cradles to Crayons for the latter’s most critical collection of the year.

The BIG GIVE is a multi-county collection day – Saturday, Sept. 21 – that benefits low-income and homeless children across the Greater Philadelphia region.

Autumn weather can quickly transition from summer sun to winter frost. Cradles to Crayons needs to re-stock its warehouse with children’s essentials to carry the organization through the coming months.

The Chester County Historical Society is one of seven collection sites in Chester County.

From 10 AM-1 PM on Sept. 21, drop off your donations of new and like-new:

  • children’s clothes
  • sneakers
  • winter boots
  • winter coats
  • diapers
  • hats and gloves
  • new school supplies
  • books
  • nursery items
  • small toys
