Manager – Finance Analytics

This position analyzes and synthesizes clinical and financial data into actionable information, KPSs, and dashboards; completes analyses useful for decision-making; and provides data-related recommendations, input, or solutions as needed to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and a minimum of two years of leadership or management experience; a minimum of five years of finance, process improvement, or data analytics experience; six sigma green or black belt certifications; and strong analytical abilities.

Supervisor – Nutrition

This position ensures that hosts and hostesses utilize proper customer service skills when interacting with the patients; acts on patient requests and ensures proper follow-up; maintains all refrigerator, dish machine, and pot machine temperature logs; and maintains office supplies as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and a degree in nutrition or foodservice management; a minimum of two years of experience working in a healthcare facility; good interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills; and knowledge of institutional kitchen equipment.

Interpreter

This position performs consecutive and simultaneous medical interpreting; performs all interpreter roles including conduit, clarifier, cultural broker, and advocate; performs over-the-phone assistance for patients with scheduling and follow-up requests; and educates patients on interpreter policy.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and proficiency in English and Spanish; a Certificate of Interpreter Training; and the ability to obtain certification from the NBCMI or CCHI within one year of hire date.
