Commercial Credit Analyst (Quakertown)

This position reviews credit data to evaluate commercial loan request by analyzing sources of financial information, such as corporate financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, personal financial statements, credit bureaus, other online tools to determine profitability and risk of loan. He/she relies on experience and judgment to underwrite and determine recommendation for loan request; is responsible for credit analysis in conjunction with the loan officer package to prepare formal executive summary for presentation and review; and manage an assigned portfolio of loans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of banking experience, and three to five years of administrative support experience. He/she will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent data entry, communication, and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work independently and exercise judgment.

Customer Service Representatives (Lionville and Quakertown)

This position assists customers with selecting the appropriate products and services to suit their banking needs, as well as with opening and closing accounts and answering their inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess one year of banking experience and/or three years of customer service experience. He/she will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent data entry, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Business Development Officers – Private Client

This position involves two major tasks. One is to sell products and services to a customer to bring in more money into the bank. The other task is to help manage a customer’s finances. He/she solicits new banking customers; grows the profitability of existing customer accounts; gets involved in cross-selling all business and personal bank services to new and prospective accounts; and expands business relationships with branch customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree – although an MBA is preferred – and at least 10 years of commercial banking experience. He/she should also have highly developed analytical and underwriting expertise.

Wealth Managers – Private Client

This position is responsible for working with the SVP, Investment Advisors to bring in new relationships to the bank and growing existing relationships onto the wealth management platform. This also includes generation of new relationships, thereby bringing deposits, commercial, and consumer loans to the bank. This individual will act as the liaison between the client and the internal departments to ensure consumer service and follow-through.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (although an MBA is preferred), three to five years of banking experience, and at least two years of wealth management experience. He/she will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise judgment.

Operations Manager (Paoli)

This position directly supervises and coordinates activities of retail workers, including ensuring quality customer service and compliance with operational policy, procedures, and guidelines. He/she manages and creates daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and following personnel standards. The person will also hire, train, and evaluate personnel recommending performance management when appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have five years of progressive retail banking experience, as well as sales and management experience. He/she will have the ability to work independently and exercise judgment.

Facilities Technician

This position, under general supervision, will perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. He/she will perform related work as required.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of working experience in facility maintenance; a certificate in trade school or equivalent work experience related to project management, vendor management, facilities, and/or maintenance; a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus.
