Manager, Laboratory Operations

This position manages the lab systems and overall functions for the hospital and five satellite facilities; requests and monitors system maintenance; provides training for staff on lab system functions; and prepares all requests for lab system maintenance and submits to IT.

The ideal candidate will possess Medical Technologist certification; a minimum of five years of work experience using Sunquest/CoPath; and good background knowledge of all lab sections.

Surgical Technician

This position delivers safe and effective care to patients throughout the perioperative experience; supports departmental and organizational efforts to improve performance and meet patient care needs; and helps create and maintain a sterile environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and graduate certificate from a surgical technician program; operating room work experience; and OR-specific competency in aseptic technique, sterilization, positioning, and electro-surgical unit.

Security Officer

This position is responsible for both on- and off-campus surveillance to ensure a safe environment for patients, community, and staff; monitors and intervenes in situations relating to patient safety, parking lot patrol, hospital construction, and general safety; and supports and represents the culture, values, and mission of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Handcuffing, and IAHSS Basic Certification within one year of employment; and will preferably have experience in a healthcare setting or security/customer service-related field.
