Parts Runner and Warehouse Coordinator

This position ensures that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled; runs materials and supplies to job sites as needed; lists all overstocked items for return to vendor; and manages the logistics and volume of parts needed to facilitate all repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of and experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and smart phones; the ability to establish goals and implement plans of action to attain or exceed those goals; and the capability of understanding coworker needs.

HVAC Residential Service Tech

This position services, repairs, and/or proposes replacement of air conditioners, furnaces, and more; troubleshoots, adapts, and resolves all issues that keep equipment from functioning properly; and communicates to customers the proper operation and maintenance of installed equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills; the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; and the ability to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
