Associate Dean of Academics
This position provides direct supervision of the faculty, learning assessment and support center, library, and faculty senate; helps build appropriate learning environments to support student academic success; and plans on-site professional development for faculty.
The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. and three to five years of teaching experience in higher education; experience in a management role in higher education administration; and experience with learning management systems, including Moodle and Blackboard.

Payroll/HR Coordinator
This position processes payroll through ADP Time and Attendance for exempt, non-exempt, and seasonal employees; works with individual employees and cadets to solve recording of time issues; logs all sick and vacation time; and keeps employees files for all payroll activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and payroll certification; a minimum of one year of experience processing payroll for more than 100 employees through an automated, cloud-based payroll system; and experience using ADP Workforce Now.

Staff Accountant
This position ensures proper recording, accounting, and reporting of all general ledger activity for month-end closings; reconciles bank accounts and other general ledger accounts; assists with accounts payable check processing; and enters sundry deposit journal entries on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and one year of related experience; two years of experience with financial procedures, including the analysis, detection, and reconciliation of financial records; and a minimum of one year of experience with Excel.
