Joshua Bradley, the newly elected president of the Student Government Association at West Chester University, is planning to focus on the relationship between campus and community during his time in the position, writes Sam Walsh for The Quad.

“Working on the relationship between the campus and the community is the biggest thing for me,” Bradley said.

He also said that, while students make a significant contribution to the West Chester community, there is still a stigma that exists.

“I want to work with different groups to create more positive things in the community,” said Bradley.

He also plans to tackle the disconnect he believes exists in the different student organizations by helping them collaborate as a more-focused unit.

”I’ve been very fortunate to be afforded many great opportunities at West Chester,” he said. “I want to make sure that everyone finds their place.”
