Turn5, the aftermarket parts dealer headquartered in Paoli, helps drivers make the best upgrade decision to push the limits of both the vehicle and its operator, writes Karen Chandler for the Reading Eagle.

“Who you are and what you are doing with your vehicle – that is what leads us down the path to help them make the right decisions,” said George Dietrich, director of the contact center for Turn5.

The company sells aftermarket parts made by a third-party manufacturer via its websites American Muscle, American Trucks, and Extreme Terrain. Certain aftermarket upgrades can even increase a vehicle’s value.

According to Turn5, Jeep owners are among the most likely customers to buy and install aftermarket upgrades.

“A Jeep owner doesn’t consider themselves driving a stock vehicle,” said Dietrich.

The company also has several Jeep lovers on its staff, including customer service supervisor Ashley Koy and customer service specialist Jay Mitchell, who love to help customers through the upgrade process.

“What modifying your vehicle is about is enhancing your enjoyment,” said Dietrich. “It’s a very diverse market. It goes across gender, race, and income levels.”
