Memorial Fund Established to Honor Legacy of Craig Tucker

By

Craig Tucker was a beloved family man, active community member, and respected political leader.

The Craig Lincoln Tucker Memorial Fund has been established at the Chester County Community Foundation to honor and continue Tucker’s legacy of improving, preserving, enjoying, and sharing all that makes this region special.

Tucker – a beloved family man, active community member, and respected political leader who passed away last July at the age of 49 – gave generously throughout his life. His fund will be dedicated to the following local causes that he supported throughout his life:

  • Arts & Culture
  • American History & Civic Engagement
  • Community Improvement & Support for Small Businesses
  • Healthcare & Medical Research

Tucker served as Vice President for Policy & Public Affairs at Life Sciences Pennsylvania. One of his biggest career goals was to pass legislation in Harrisburg that would create a Rare Disease Advisory Council. He cared deeply about helping others, specifically those with rare diseases.

“(Craig) affected us in so many unique ways,” said Alan Novak, the former Chairman of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania and current President of Novak Strategic Advisors. “He leaves us with indelible memories, lessons, and great stories. He leaves us with a void that can’t be filled, but memories and contributions to our lives that are precious, profound, and humorous.”
