West Chester’s Newest Brewery to Open This Week

By

Sterling Pig Public House

Starting this week, the Sterling Pig Public House will bring its award-winning brews to Chester County at its new location, on Market Street in West Chester, writes Ed Williams for Main Line Today.

The borough’s newest brewery is the sibling pub to Sterling Pig’s Media home and will introduce its popular brews and barbecue to a new audience.

“I have been going out to West Chester for many years,” said Sterling Pig CEO Loic Barnieu. “We felt like it would be a great fit for our second location.”

The 3,900-square-foot location will feature exposed brick, televisions behind the bar, eclectic furniture, and a garage-door façade.

In addition to Sterling Pig’s own inventory of beers, a few of the 24 available taps have been set aside for cocktails and ciders.

The kitchen will be manned by executive chef Will Tankeloff. The menu will feature the classic pub fare available at its Media location, plus some new surprises.
