Mary Ann Messmer has joined Meridian Bank, an innovative community bank based in Malvern that provides a full range of banking services to businesses and individuals in the Delaware Valley, as Senior Vice President, Head of Private Banking.

In this new role, Messmer will provide personalized lending and custom banking solutions to high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to Meridian Bank, Messmer was a co-founder of First Priority Bank, where she led its private banking and business development. She will operate out of Meridian’s Blue Bell office.
