The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce – along with Mark Thompson of Lamb McErlane and the GWCC Advocacy Committee – hosted its annual Municipal Update on Monday at the West Chester University Foundation building.

U.S. Rep. Chrissy Houlahan opened the well-attended event with some words about what she is working on in Washington, D.C.

DNB First and Lamb McErlane sponsored the event, at which key personnel from the municipalities across central Chester County (Borough of West Chester, as well as East Goshen, West Goshen, West Whiteland, Westtown, East Bradford townships) discussed timely topics of interest.

The discussion involved residential and business development, the pipeline, future projects, collaborative and strategic efforts amongst the townships, and more. Every speaker geared their information update toward topics that matter to business and wanted audience members to know what they were doing in their respective communities to support small business.

The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce, a membership-based not-for-profit organization, is dedicated to serving the businesses, entrepreneurs, and consumers in its thriving local communities by providing advocacy, resources, and opportunities.
