Former Jackass and Viva La Bam star Bam Margera is planning another massive party at his “Castle Bam” property in West Chester this spring, even though it violates new Pocopson Township ordinance, writes Nick Vadala for the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Margera posted his plans on Instagram to celebrate the completion of the indoor skatepark with a party at Castle Bam on April 1. Entry will be $100 and feature a performance from rapper Yelawolf, along with the premiere of his movie.

At the same time, Margera called Pocopson Township out by saying “Bam can’t have one day of fun per year.”

He was referring to Pocopson’s “Special Event Ordinance” authorized by its Board of Supervisors on Dec. 26. This requires events with more than 100 guests to apply for permits and cover the cost of support services and damages.

But according to Pocopson Township, it was not created due to Margera’s original party. But it was the “catalyst” for the Board of Supervisors to “take the steps necessary to enact an ordinance for the health and safety of the community.”
