Academic Affairs Senior Business Analyst

This position helps identify and propose improvements to processes and systems to improve the quality of services offered to students, faculty, and staff; manages the process of implementing improvements; and serves as a strategic resource to business analysts across the division.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and two to five years of project management in higher education systems; experience with PeopleSoft and OnBase software systems; and experience within higher education software systems, including CRMs.

Assessment Support Specialist

This position sets up semester unit and program course assessments and field evaluations; provides assessment software system support for faculty, students, and more; and creates and maintains assessment software system training guides and video tutorials.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education, assessment, technology, or a related discipline; experience with TK20, Taskstream, PeopleSoft, Camtasia, Qualtrics, and other relevant software; and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

DevOps System Administrator

This position oversees the technical operations, maintenance, and delivery of centralized computing services for the university; installs and maintains Linux/Windows servers; integrates and supports authentication services; and writes code using scripting languages.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline; and three years of experience with Windows and Linux server administration, administration tools, including Apache and MySQL, and scripting languages such as Python and PERL.
