The new office houses the team of 38 employees who were previously cramped together in a facility about a third of the size. The new hub, just a few miles away from the old location, was the former home of a Save-A-Lot supermarket. It has now been refurbished for around 80 employees.

“The old facility was adequate for about 20 people max,” said Mike Cunningham, Turn5’s creative director. “The 38 employees have moved over to the new facility with way better amenities.”

Cunningham also said the company is expecting to do more hiring for the new center, an extension of the company’s main customer service hub in Malvern.

Steve Voudouris, CEO and founding partner of Turn5, said that the company needed an appropriate space to accommodate the expanding customer service team.

“We’re excited about the new operation and are committed to seeing the local Pottstown community thrive,” he said.
