Downingtown Musician Remakes Holiday Classic to Honor Eagles Star Nick Foles

Downingtown resident Bob Starner has put a local spin on a favorite holiday classic in order to honor Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles, according to a report from 6ABC.

Believe It offers a behind-the-scenes look at Nick Foles’ unlikely path to the Super Bowl. Believe It is available from Amazon in hardcover, Kindle and audiobook format.

The musician’s parody of the “Little Saint Nick” song by The Beach Boys praises Foles, who has become a hero to Eagles fans.

Starner recorded the acoustic cover of the song after Foles led the Birds to a critical win over the Houston Texans in Week 16 of the NFL season.

The lyrics also include tributes to a few other Eagles, as well as a little dig at Tom Brady.
